How do I add my child to My Family so I can create a profile for them?
Parents cannot add players to the system from their dashboard. Players are first added to the system by coaches when they add players to their teams. Once they have completed that step they will receive a link to share with the parents. That link will allow a parent to assign themselves to the player, fill out the player profile and agree to the event operator's TOS and liability waiver.
-
How do I add players to my roster?
- Locate the TEAMS block on your dashboard. It will be below the FAMILY block if you have one.
- Click the green SETUP TEAM button to the left of your team name.
- Follow the onscreen instructions
- When you are done you will receive an email with a link to share with your parents so they can fill out their player's profile and agree to the liability waiver.
- Once all players on your team are registered we will submit your roster for you. If any players are not eligible you will receive an email with their name and status.
If you need to add more players at anytime you can revisit the SETUP TEAM button. If you would like for someone else to add the players for you then you can share the SETUP TEAM link with them. They will not need to login to access that page.

I don’t see my child listed in my account and I know they are registered.
Your child is likely associated with a different account. You can ask their coach to share the player registration link for the team so you can complete the registration process. Or you can contact the event operator for help.

I edited my player’s profile but cannot save the changes.
The profile spreadsheet saves your data as you change cells. If the cell turns green then it is saving the update. If the cell does not turn green then there is a problem with your connection to the server or your session has timed out. If you refresh the page you will be prompted with a login screen if your session was timed out.
-
I cannot reset my password.
When you go through the reset password process you will be returned to the login screen without seeing a message that an email was sent to you. Please check your inbox and spam folders. Some email services may hold these emails for up to 15 minutes before delivering.
If you are using an email address not in the system you will not receive an email or message telling you it does not exist.
